
We have a passion for food-friendly wines here at Lakewood, and we like all sorts of foods. And we just break the oft-cited, and very limiting, rules of wine and food pairing.
Whites with red meats, reds with seafood, hybrids with French cuisine, dry wines with dessert? Those and other scandalous pairings will be attempted … so this dinner was not for the faint of palate!
